1. Geltungsbereich & Vertragspartner
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen über unseren Online-Shop.

2. Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern einen unverbindlichen Online-Katalog dar. Durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung der im Warenkorb enthaltenen Waren ab.

3. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle angegebenen Preise enthalten die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer (sofern anwendbar) und verstehen sich zzgl. Versandkosten. Die Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess deutlich berechnet und ausgewiesen.

4. Zahlungsbedingungen
Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Bestellprozess angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden (z. B. Shopify Payments, Credit Card, PayPal). Die Zahlung ist sofort mit Vertragsschluss fällig.

5. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte.

7. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG). Für Verbraucher innerhalb der EU gelten zudem die zwingenden Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen ihres Wohnsitzstaates.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the items contained in your shopping cart.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices shown include applicable statutory VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

4. Terms of Payment
Payment shall be made via the payment methods offered during checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, Credit Cards, PayPal). Payment is due immediately upon placement of the order.

5. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
